Variable Tuition
What is variable tuition?
Many factors are considered when determining the tuition amount a family is able to pay, including income, assets, unusual expenses, and the size of the family.
We partner with Facts in our financial aid process. Click here to start your variable tuition application.
- Application Deadline - January 31st, 2025.
- Application Fee - $45.
- Financial Aid is granted based on a demonstrated need for financial assistance.
- We consider the financial resources of both biological parents and/or legal guardians. For divorced or separated parents, both parents should complete a Facts application.

WCHS is committed to providing a high-quality Christian education that remains affordable for all students. To achieve this, we actively seek additional funding sources, allowing us to set tuition below the actual cost per student. Through our Variable Tuition program, WCHS is able to make this exceptional educational experience accessible to families who cannot afford the full tuition price.
Applications received by the deadline of January 31, 2025, are given priority assessment. Applications received after the deadline will still be reviewed and assessed but may receive less or no financial aid based on the volume of applications received prior to the deadline.
WCHS uses a third party, FACTS Grant & Aid, to evaluate Variable Tuition applications. Applications for the 2025-2026 school year are now available. To apply, visit FACTS Grant & Aid Website and create an account. There is a one-time $45 application fee.
